It's not an INXXS (or similar, just got back from the pub  ) is it?

I got one of these for my late '92 G60 (later bonnet) at Inter's this year and still haven't fitted it as I can't work out how... I think that the one I got is early 'rado only as it doesn't seem to follow any of the instructions at all.... :? :(

ive tried an online translator but it doesnt make much sence then either :?

I've got a funny feeling that the part is Japanese and the instructions are bad german so when you try to translate them it doesn't work 'cos it's like bad Jap instructions in english...

Has anyone managed to get one of these things to fit yet?!? :?

I did see one at GTI international fitted to a C and when I had a chat to the bloke he told me that he had to make new brackets for it because the ones supllied just bent. He had fitted one end just to the left of the n/s headlamp in one of the holes alreadty there and on the other end with his home made bracket which was position on the right corner of the main traingle shape in the bonnet the one with the big sound absorbing pad if this makes any sense to you. I dont think I'll ever bother fitting the lifter to be honest it will just sit in my garage for eternity :D

I think you find those single lifters wont lift the later bonnet as it heavier. Seem to remember something about it, also seem to remember something about a pair of polo boot ones doing the job a treat. Might also want to look into the new R32 bonnet liffer as i think they are nice chrome ones, or alu!!

Talking about the weight of the bonnet's does anyone know of anybody that makes CF bonnets for the Corrado?

Now there's an idea. CF bonnet, wings and doors would shave about 100+ kilos off the car's weight! I've seen CF doors etc for Skylines and Mitsi Evos but not as yet VWs. They'd have to be custom made by a specialist composite company at an astronomical cost.
