nocrap 0 Posted January 11, 2007 Hi all, On my old car i'm trying to sell (no not the A3 in the for sale bit) lacquer bubbles have developed on the bonnet, while it has been sitting on my drive. jedi-knight83 0 Posted January 11, 2007 so you can actually push them and feel a distance between the lacquer and the paint in that case there is nothing that can be done to fix them quickly. corradophil 3 Posted January 11, 2007 Sounds like microblistering, caused buy painting in a damp atmosphere, or water getting into the air supply. If it is, the affected paint needs to be removed and the panel re-painted. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
