A1 VR6 0 Posted May 16, 2007 If i hadnt of had the brocks on offer The brocks look good too! :D Very nice looking motor you have there, dont do anything else to it! Less is more definitely! :D This could become the definitive blackberry VR thread Lol!
zak 0 Posted May 16, 2007 Wow looks like all the blackbery owners have gathered in this thread  Regarding the wheels i knew i had to get zw1's before i even got the car, although it did look good on the speedies over winter. I was never sure if rs's would suit blackberry but they look great on A1 VR6's car so i think i might get some oem finish 16's for next winter if i still have the car by then. 9 x 16's also look good, but makes the c look too modified for my liking. Also my mk1 is rather low and wide so i didnt want to go for that look with the c. yes the standard front end is the best look for the c, mine originally had the vr6 badge missing on the front i sourced a new one form arz and it looks so much better for it. mines looks spookily similar to yours from the front now that i have the 50mm spoiler on there Yeh it does, I've only just put the original badged grill back on after having a debadged one on for a while. Love the wheels, never seen a blackberry car before with RH's - think they really suit the colour.
fak33 0 Posted May 16, 2007 !!!!! Absolutely stunning !!!!!! Wish I'd never sold my blackberry now - although it never looked as sweet as yours. What does the interior look like, is it as good as the exterior ?
zak 0 Posted May 17, 2007 FAK33 - i can imagin you regret it, i might be selling mine at the end of the year if your interested? Yes the interior is as clean as the outside, I have a factory electric recaro interior and everything works.... seat, sun roof, heater, head light switch etc. I'll get some pics up at the weekend. jackflash 0 Posted September 17, 2007 Have you had the arches pulled/rolled? Whats the clearance like?
zak 0 Posted September 17, 2007 The back arches are completely standard, The fronts were standard up untill recently when i lowered the front a bit more. If you choose the wheel size/offset/tyre size carefully you don't need to touch the arches.
jackflash 0 Posted September 17, 2007 Yeah that's what I'm trying to do - avoid messing around with the arches unless really necessary. What offset are you running? Whats it like on full lock, over speedhumps etc? Sorry for the interogation! :)
