Yandards 0 Posted May 16, 2007 Hideous - taken part of a pontiac trans am and glued it on ! Actually this would have been a specific part made by Treser for the C, they would have got brand new corrados and modded them up to this spec, that car either had a 210 bhp G60 or a 240bhp 16v turbo. The wheels would have been 7j in 15 or 16 rims. The bumper, eyebrow grill thingy, wheels and rear lights are all custom made for the car - the removal of side strips is an easy one to spot. In fact the treser golf mk 2 rear hatches are highly prized items these days. Treser was one of the guys who instigated the Audi quattro program. Read more about it in VW Power and Style. Jim Bowen 1 Posted May 16, 2007 Ah, a Treser modified C. damn, i nearly pointed that out after reading my book. some of the performance packages sound impressive, like the 240bhp (ish) turbo conversion for the 16v

dinkus 10 Posted May 16, 2007 Treser was one of the guys who instigated the Audi quattro program. Read more about it in VW Power and Style. I think he should maybe stick to drivetrains and engine tuning and leave the "styling" to someone who can see
vwdeviant 0 Posted May 16, 2007 dinkus, Get...out...my...head..... The Mk2 front end is even worse than the rado one....
Jim Bowen 1 Posted May 17, 2007 its styling from the late 80's early 90's tho, and its quite tame compared to some of the other stuff
