Seats look good, but why did you retrim them, i though they were mint allready? Red badges will contrast nicely against the silver paint 8)

The seats were as good as you were likely to find for fifteen year old Recaros but now they are like new, tight and fresh and fully leather not vinyl at the sides and back as they are as standard.

i want those seats who done the work Gareth

Shaun, the seats were retrimmed by Andy Mayer at Snappy Gaitors. He works as a trimmer for Bentley at Crewe as his day job but undertakes additional work from his workshop at home. I wanted a top class factory fresh finish but better than stock, but he also does custom work. Specialising in VAG and Porsche he has done some of the finest and most detailed interiors out there. One of the most recent examples is Gary Brants MK4 Golf featuring RS4 seats terracotta/red leather and carbon. His work is superb.

WOW! recent work is stunning think i need to retrim my recaros

Cheers Terry, there may be a more cost effective route. I have kept the covers off my front seats which were as good as you are likely to find and the back seat or covers may be available and that is like new.

Also the RX may need a new home soon

Cheers, Sadly I missed Ed38 for a number of reasons but I hope to get back out and about soon 8)

Here's a quick pic of the engine bay after a little TLC from the guys at DG Autotech :salute: . All the work is detailed above but the result is a nice OE looking bay, simple.

Factory fresh under the bonnet! 8)

Didn't know you'd bought her back, can't say I blame you though, don't know how you managed to sell her in the 1st place.

Brilliant work! :salute:

this car looks fantastic.

You say the inlet manifold was media blasted, was it soda blasted to clean it or blasted & then painted ?
