VR6 South 0 Posted February 18, 2009 They are about £40+ each so not cheap. Try swapping the relays first.
Jon_vr6 1 Posted February 18, 2009 yeah im almost certain its the relay though. As it doesnt click when turned on and when left on for 10mins or so i get an annoying clicking from the rear passenger quarter panel and this contines until turned off. Does get warm though the seat while its clicking!

agb1980 10 Posted October 31, 2013 Hi, did u ever get this sorted? mines just started doing exactly the same thing
Jon_vr6 1 Posted October 31, 2013 Yeah i did you need to remove the leather from the seat base and if its the same as mine you'll find a break in the heated seat element that needs soldering, been working fine ever since http://wiki.the-corrado.net/heated_seat_repair.html
agb1980 10 Posted October 31, 2013 Great thanks- when i move in the seat it stops the clicking so sounds like this could be the problem. How did you find the break in the element?
Jon_vr6 1 Posted October 31, 2013 You kind of have to look for any slight burn marks, mine was broke at the circular temp sensor part at the back of the seat base
