Have you covered dynamic recrystallisation in your materials lectures yet? I did a project on it with Nimonic 901 I think, lots of heating, squashing, polishing, etching, metallurgy etc. Well i'm only first year so not yet, we just do the transitions and grain boundaries at the mo: Martensite, solidus and liquidus, iron-carbon equilibrium diagrams, BCC and FCC calculations, stuff like that.
