dan 0 Posted July 24, 2010 That could be awkward alright. I remember reading an old thread where they were discussing all the issues, most of the guys were leaving the boot as it is for emergencies

Rams 0 Posted August 9, 2010 Hi mate, Question for you..... Where have you mounted the door solinoids, taken the door card off today and tried to figure out the best location, so far It looks like it can only go near the door latch mech to clear the window and keeping the solinoid close to the lever.... Want to try and get them in place by tomorrow and working before they are shaved. Any advise is welcomed, Rams
waynos 0 Posted August 9, 2010 havent mounted them yet as the car is still in the bodyshop. ive got a spare door which i have used as a test bed.I cut away the whole handle area to see where i could put it.Im going to bolt the mount for the solenoid on the side the that the latch is bolted to. so basically its under the lock.It was the only place i could see it going without it interfering with the window. Still looks like it will be a sodding arse to fit though. in the meantime feast your eyes on my car before it went in for paint....
