Wompa 0 Posted January 4, 2016 If you can get +14V on ECU pin 48 @4000 rpm use that and ground. If not (or if you change to coilpack or OBD2) you will need an rpm controlled switch. Thanks! A RPM Box is sorted, OBD2 i coming next year I hope !

Wompa 0 Posted February 10, 2016 AWESOME!!! SOOOOOOOOO need VSR in my life ;) lovely colour by the way but i would say that ;)lol love the key rings too and the EDD number plate ;) VSR equiped moonlight blue VR should be mandatory ;) My EDD has a long way to go before he is done... but I will try and get the engine and chassi sorted this year, maybe paint next year... all depends on when Im done. Got a set of Speedlines that needs paint and the centercaps... Going to look awesome with 195/50 tyres ;)
Wompa 0 Posted February 10, 2016 Also.. Im trying to do the Teves 20I swap in my Corrado... I got new calipers waiting and the damn ABS system is puking on me! So get rid of the hatefull crap and change to a real vacuum operated braking system with a good ABS system... why not!
Wompa 0 Posted February 11, 2016 Getting the manifold done!
Wompa 0 Posted March 6, 2016 Not close to a final fitment... but soon! And did finally get the exhaustmanifold sorted! The heat wrap wasnt enought for the whole manifold.. but I got the most important parts covered :) The lower one is right over the steering rack.
sexybourbon 0 Posted March 6, 2016 Are you ordering more wrap or leaving it like that ? Looks good but id be a tad concerend that where there isnt wrap you could get hot spots on the manni
Wompa 0 Posted March 6, 2016 Are you ordering more wrap or leaving it like that ? Looks good but id be a tad concerend that where there isnt wrap you could get hot spots on the manni If thats a problem.. we will see! ;) I cant care less now... do you know why? Because I was promissed that 15m is enought and it wasnt! So I wraped the part that is right ontop of the steering rack just in case and leaved the rest. And what do you think would happen? Hot spot? On a VR6? The whole thing is a big hot spot!
sexybourbon 0 Posted March 6, 2016 Not sure tbh but from what i read on this i was lead to believe it can happen but i wasnt digging you efforts mate the cars great Your right about the engine though the whole lot does get pretty hot
Wompa 0 Posted March 13, 2016 Final fitment! Sorting out the special hoses and modifications that is needed to make this work.
Wompa 0 Posted March 19, 2016 OBD2 in progress... couldnt resist when there was a -96 VR6 Syncro at the local scrapper :)
Wompa 0 Posted March 19, 2016 Because I have 288 brakes waiting to be installed... I wanted to sort out my ABS fault, the pump works but it wont turn on the ABS/EDS. So why not go for a TEVES 20? This is also from the VR6 at the scrapper.... Nice to go from 3 line brakes to 4 line brakes. I really hate that brake valve in the rear!
Jim Bowen 1 Posted March 21, 2016 Great stuff, really happy with the Teves20 system. Them rear bias valves are a pain in the arse.

sexybourbon 0 Posted March 26, 2016 Sweet where was the vacume ball from mate ?
Wompa 0 Posted March 26, 2016 Cheers guys! The ball was from a T4 Caravelle. Don't know if it depends on the engine but I found three in the same junkyard so I think it's a common part.

fla 9 Posted May 29, 2016 How do you find the drive now with obd2 and the vsr? From my perspective it would have been interesting to see the improvements with obd2 and then the vsr. But great job so far and hope you enjoy the car
