Jim 2 Posted December 21, 2003 Inspired by the little competition on tonights Top Gear, I thought I would get the opinions & thoughts of the Corrado Forum users. I think this one should be rather one sided considering the majority of you are driving a 90's coupe, but what do you prefer... the older generation of cars (Top Gear examples included MK1 Golf GTI, Peugeot 205 GTI, Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo, Escort RS Cosworth) or the newer generation of cars (like the MK4 Golf GTI, Peugeot 206 GTI 180, Nissan 350Z, Focus RS) Make a vote, and post a comment if you wish :)

Henny 0 Posted December 21, 2003 I still stand next to a comment that I made a few years ago that the very late 70's and 80's produced some of the best cars in the world ever, that have yet to be bettered... MKI 1800 Golf GTI MKII 16V Golf GTi Audi UR Quattro Porsche 911 Turbo Lancia Delta Integrale Corrado Unfortunately they also produced some of the worst as well... but I'm not gonna go near that topic! :? What I would have liked to have seen on TopGear tonight, was the MKI Golf GTI against the rest of 'em around a track... THAT would have been interesting... 8)

Bolster 0 Posted December 22, 2003 Old cars If they hadn't stop making the Corrado it might have affected my vote :D If I couldn't have the Corrado I would have something newer (maybe something new enough to be under warranty). But I'm not sure what.
