til2143 0 Posted March 17, 2009 Hey lads, what are ye using for the daily slogg? unfortunately i do 600 miles a week so the VR6 stays in the garage :( heres my Vento TDI, cheap an cheerful and easy to run :D
dgtvr6 0 Posted March 17, 2009 Use the C every day.... Am supposed to be getting something more "sensible" - wifes words there... - but every time I look at something to buy it just isn't a Corrado and therefore not worth the money... And to top it all I wouldn't be driving the Corrado then now would I??? Imagine the pain if you drive past a perfect example and you are in your Focus... Not good! Slimg60 0 Posted March 17, 2009 I've got a MK4 GT TDi as a daily although I'll be back in the rado soon when the wife changes job and looses her company car
Dude VR6 0 Posted March 17, 2009 Nice VENTO, may have to start looking for a VR6 VENTO for a daily runner & stop putting miles on the RADDA.

rajarella 0 Posted March 17, 2009 Sadly mine is a P reg Escort TD. It only cost £300 though and it gets me back and for to Devon and Peterborough regularly without missing a beat :)
coullstar 0 Posted March 17, 2009 Mine, Tdi. Used and certainly abused but takes it in its stride. So nice having a car that you dont mind scratching etc. Tows the race bike with gennie in the back.
junkie 0 Posted March 17, 2009 They are both my daily hacks and then the Corrado will be/is the weekend warrior toy Audi TT (600 x 450).jpg[/attachment:1o9gqnoi]

djmac56 0 Posted March 18, 2009 Here's my Mk4 V6 4 Motion. It's brilliant for motorway driving - heated leather recaros, quieter, better visibility.... Recently I've been using the rado more though, because it is so much more fun on winding roads! DSC00942.JPG[/attachment:1v9cuzhj]
daves16v 1 Posted March 18, 2009 1.8T - using it all the time at the moment until I get the Rado back on the road.

Henny 0 Posted March 18, 2009 Here's my 179,000 mile, 115bhp TDI (PD) Passat estate... it really is a load lugger, and the only mods I've made are the wheels, headlamps (proper HID headlamps with 6000k bulbs), clear indicators (old ones were shafted!), dog guard and debadged the rear (only 'cos I knocked off the P from Passat by accident!) Starts first time, goes around corners (just about), brakes OK, and can carry ten 3' x 2'6" paving slabs in the back at once!!! :cuckoo:  (hence the lowered second photo!) By god, is it boring to drive though! :?
