robtalbott 0 Posted September 14, 2009 nope, stripped all the carpets out and there's quite literally not a single spot of rust. the car has acted like a sink for 6 years (there was an inch of water under the carpets) and it's immaculate. its unbelievable how well VW build some things. Great to see one being saved and the fact its running after 6 years is more proof that vw's build quality is just spot on.
