bigrichi 0 Posted October 14, 2009 Hi folks, I have recently fitted 15mm hubcentric wheels spacers all round on my VR6 and am having a few issues. the 2 fronts sit perfectly but the 2 rears now look like the wheel is buckled when on the move. I have swapped the spacers around in case it was a problem with the spacers but they are all square. Anybody had anything experience of anything similar or idea whats up?? Cheers
swiftkid 1 Posted October 14, 2009 a couple of thoughts that could be your problem -your wheels ARE buckled -the adapters arn't straight -the adapters arn't sat right on the disc or wheel (bore hole on wheel is different to standard perhaps?) -the bearings are poorly causing it to seem like the wheels are buckled. -the wheel bolts are too long causing them to not be tightened enough

I have swapped front to back spacers and the fronts still look fine and the rear still looks buckled. Think it must be problem with the spacer not sitting correctly on the rear hubs but cant see how
CorradoVR6-Turbo 0 Posted October 14, 2009 the spacers should have a step machined out to fit on the rear hubs,if they are flat then they will run untrue.
