(bearing in mind this leaves me to re-coup money off original courier myself, and pay outright for new courier, which both costing around £25 mark insured to correct value..which is £5 more then you paid but i figured it was negligable) I then the same day read a PM from VR6 about if the user G60 CS was talking about me in a thread and if i could let him know what was going on, so i come here and read this thread, and reply to VR6. ------------------------ From G charged in this thread: 21st March 2011 12:40 PM cheers for the heads up VR6! When i purchased the engine package from him he explained that he used the MAF sensor on a customers engine to get it running and that he would promise to send me a brand new one with a blanking plate for SAI system. Many emails later,still no reply even though he was on this site last on the 16th of july and before then I paid for the engine package and picked it up on the 26th of june and he told me 'that i have his word he'd send them' which he CLEARLY didnt stick to.Apart from the problems ive found with the engine he sold me which is a completely different story,he has made NO EFFORT to contact me even though he has my address,telephone number,and email address or message on CF. MAF sensors are not the cheapest part as you can imagine, so im not happy he hasnt bothered So im flagging him as a bad seller!!!! i have known dale for many many many years, and he is a very good bloke it would just have slipped he's mind thats all as he has just had a new child so is slightly busy/tired at the moment, i should be seeing him soon so will talk to him about this for you. karl Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Fast delivery, well packed, great items and as described. Even came with some blue roll and latex gloves so I didn't get dirty when fitting them.. OAK-VR6 0 Posted August 10, 2011 (edited) My bad buyer is _Meth, I sold the guy some Passat B3 Vanity sun visors in May. the guy paid fine via Paypal, there was a delay on my part sending them so _Meth put a dispute in, as you would. In the mean time I sent the visors off to him and the payment for the visors was reversed back to him. _Meth received the visors and Paypal returned then cash back to him, I sent proof to Paypal with tracking no and saying that he had received the goods ok But because I hadn't responded in the correct time I lost out basically I've sent him loads of pm's and proof of my negative paypal balance but all he is saying is he is so busy and he hasn't got the time to do it so _Meth is my bad buyer, Im sorry I had to do this but he has just messed me about to much Billy Edited August 23, 2011 by OAK-VR6 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I think you'd be a little annoyed too...especially when new one costs 257 euro(157 exchange) and you gave me your word.i Do you need my address again? address yes pls...... but if you read the add ...it was again somthing extra not inc in the sale ..... here is the add.... g box is a ctn deisel box 2wd ,,,great ratios for 20vt power vr6 uprated clutch and g60 flywheel..all brand new q peng down pipe and connector brand new perfect std loom decoded apx 20vt ecu ( by jbs) std g60 rad,, cables for gbox generic intercooler .. engine mounts.. this set up would be perfect for any application and is the best std 20vt eng set up to have ...these things are still commanding top money on ebay and as i am sure you well know are getting hard to get hold of.. most good complete set ups are 1600 quid with out any of the extras i am including as far as the bad seller thing goes the damage is done already.....!!!!!!! dale Well dale its your own fault that the damage is done,good seller maintains contact til the deal is complete.One email could have sorted all this.You only made an effort once your name was at stake.also dont try worm your way out of it by blaming the buyer...or it'll come back to bite you(your words!!) Next thing,the engine you sold me. 1)the FPR is damaged and the fuel rail inlet was bent+cracked-I need new one 2)Engine had an oil leak at the Head gasket on the rear.Brought it to an audi professenial engine specialist to get the engine checked over.So far theyve told me- -head gasket is leaking -Turbo bearings are right on the limit of wear-need recon one -The camlobes are telling them that its ethier been ragged within inch of its life or the 44k mile you said-they said had is more like 80k+ mile.If you knew it or not i dont care. Ok so the extras that YOU included which were two secondhand plastic diverter valves,one a chinese copy.and PAS belt.The maf would have been nice over a month ago. And the TDI e-pedal that i offered to pay for can be bought for 20 euro here anyway. So the extras you have given me are nowhere near the 789 euro bill i need to sort engine out.Plus the extra money lost out in parts you havent supplied.You feel hard done by? Think again buddy..... Last I heard was last Wednesday and he 'was' posting it Thursday. 3 texts and a couple of emails later I'm £20 sort and still have a Corrado running like ****e. Winner. Just thought I'd warn people. Bin buying offline, ie eBay for many years and never bin robbed. Has taught me not to buy off here again which is ashame because 99% of u guys have bin great. Cheers pal.
