Kevin Bacon 5 Posted July 9, 2010 Spray carpet glue from B&Q will do it. Spray a layer onto the MDF and let it dry. Spray another layer onto the MDF and the carpet and when tacky, bring the two together gradually, starting at one edge and pushing firmly towards the middle and the speaker holes to drive out the air bubbles. If you don't do the pre-layer on the MDF, or just spray the carpet, I find it lifts off after a few months.

Dr. Robotnik 0 Posted July 9, 2010 Bit of wood underneath, drill holes in the ends and stick some dowel in it :D That's what's on mine, at least.
craigowl 0 Posted July 10, 2010 Ha! Kev has jumped in well before me on this one. Clearly, we both have a keen interest and plenty of experience with different adhesives.
