mike33 0 Posted December 11, 2010 Just bought myself a second corrado which needs a fair bit of work, but too good an opportunity to be missed. The car is a 94 corrado vr6 with 90k on the clock 50k on the engine It has been chipped with a custom cat and exhaust and rolling roaded at 208bhp lowered on 17" wolfrace wheels Bodywork and paint in near perfect condition Full sound system with twin subs and amps grooved and drilled discs all round The bad points are that the car has been sat up for 4 years, with the top half of the engine exposed after the timing chain was renewed, there is also a rust hole on the offside strut which needs attention. Just cant wait to get it back now and start working on it. And the price, £100.

mike33 0 Posted January 9, 2011 Finally after a month delay the car is back home and treated to the first was in 4 years now for the work to start and aiming to get it roadworthy by summer, and especially stoner. Found a suprise that it still has the original untouched first aid kit as well.
lilfuzzer 1 Posted January 9, 2011 Nice one too mate I had the same surprise I bought another one couple months ago and had the untouched first aid kit and also a ipod transfer thingy that I was looking at paying 100 quid for for my main rado so I keep saying that its actually saved me money. Mined you paid bit more than you. Good luck with the rebuild mate
AlgarveVR6 0 Posted January 10, 2011 Careful. I had 4 at one point, and the last one cost me 160 bucks It's an addiction thing. Luck dude
mike33 0 Posted January 14, 2011 Yeah they are very addictive but luckily i only have the space for two. Today was chasing the rust spot to make sure that there was no more hiding on the inner wing and luckily no more was found. Just the one hole which will be welded soon. On another note the wheels at the back are 235 17s which the arches have been rolled for, how likely are these to hit the inner arch?
rado2 0 Posted January 14, 2011 looks pretty tidy apart from the bit of rust on the strut nice one
mike33 0 Posted February 6, 2011 Well bit more progressed today been polishing up a couple of inlet manifolds and connecting a few wires up, so slowly getting there just need the welding to be done now so i can finish the engine and hopefully get her started http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/photo.php?fbid=10150387618980074&set=a.10150362410120074.601202.619505073&theater
