OllieVR6 0 Posted July 11, 2011 Hey guys, I know some of you own or have owned MK1 TT's so I am after some ideas please. My dad has just purchased a black 2005 150bhp TT soft top, (probably the best car he has ever owned having had crap family cars for the last 20 years) and as it is his birthday on Saturday I am looking for some ideas. It is a very basic model and first on the list is some nice floor mats. Can I get some branded ones like the VW stitched 'Corrado' mats? I have vagcom for my C, can I do anything cool with it? I have read you can enable a total closure (I need to check if this is already enabled ofc), is this easy to do? He isn't the kind of person to want to make it go faster or change the wheels or anything like that so it will be a nice clean and tidy example (well once I have given it a good detailing). There are always quick cheap mods that can be done to standard cars to make them a little better than the rest, so this is the sort of thing I am looking for. Thanks in advance! Kevin Bacon 5 Posted July 12, 2011 What version of VAG-COM (now known as VCDS) have you got? You might need the HEX+CAN lead to talk to an Audi that new. You can do some 'cool' stuff with it such as enabling / disabling full closure, enabling / disabling the lane change indication, open the driver's door only with 1 fob press, or both doors etc etc. Reset service lights, reset airbag lights, reset abs lights etc etc, the list goes on..... Yes I have been reading loads about this on the Audi forums recently ....... want to get my'n to full closure on one fob press which would be well handy.
