boost monkey 0 Posted April 3, 2012 And so, the plum lives on.... Angel Eyes and other bits need some work, but it's an incredible model - best i've ever found by far. All credit goes to Alex Worsfold on GrabCAD - i just changed colours etc, but it's his model. jon :salute:
Critical_Mass 10 Posted April 3, 2012 That looks awesome 8) the second pic down looks like a scale model as opposed to a CAD.
swiftkid 1 Posted April 3, 2012 Any chance of a copy of this CAD Corrado? :thumbleft:
Storm Guy 0 Posted April 3, 2012 (edited) Alex has created a very nice model indeed - just viewed it after downloading the solidworks file. Nice renders too BM. Shame I only use some architectural CAD and not IGES or solidworks Edited April 3, 2012 by Storm Guy

Wullie 1 Posted April 3, 2012 All you need now is one of those 3d printer thingys and you could be in the Corrado model business.

Critical_Mass 10 Posted April 5, 2012 That looks awesome Jon. Are the wheels copied from something, they look nice?
swiftkid 1 Posted April 5, 2012 Quite a marmite car you have there axel but I love the gills on the wing, never seen them before but they look awesome! I reckon some nice motorsport wheels would look amazing on it!
quicky1980 0 Posted April 5, 2012 fantastic! is this a shell or proper model?
badgerman 0 Posted April 9, 2012 (edited) I fooking love grab cad. Great model BTW . Is it modelled from scanned data? Or freestyle from an orthographic? Edited April 9, 2012 by badgerman
boost monkey 0 Posted April 20, 2012 Sam, it's a shell but I have data for locations of hard points on the chassis (suspension turrets, wing locations, slam panel, subframe mountings, rear axle mountings etc)so I'm hoping to build it up into a more usable model. Badger I'm not sure, I'll try to find out.
