Banana Man 0 Posted November 30, 2002 Hi Guys My name is Anthony and I have been toying with this idea for a while now and thought I'd run it by you lot to see what you think. Right here it goes I would like to set up a general meet up maybe once a month at a pub, or something along those lines where we can have a chat,have a look at each others cars and see what everyone has done to improve the already stunning little 90's coupe. I live in West Sussex and was thinking of a meet somewhere in the middle so that it isn't too far away to get too for everyone. I used to go to a meet with other gti owners when I had a gti at a pub called the limeburners its on the B2133. I think We used to meet up every second tuesday of the month and I had a good time every time I went. It was run by a guy called John Wintle in those days but he had to give it up for personal reasons but I hear he is running a meet near chichester now where a few corrado owners meet up with gti owners so how about a meet at the Limeburners where we can all get together. If you are interested then add a reply on to this thread and I will sum up weather it is worth while doing. Many thanks for taking the time to read this thread. My initial thought is the pub on the way to Adversane on the B2133 I think it's either called the Grasshopper or Lime Burners can't remember it's been such a long time since I ve been there.
