Recommended Posts

I'm interested in finding out if anyone has removed the rubber trim attached to the doors etc "external"

Does it look better removed?

How do you remove it :)

Thanks

Pic of mine with trim removed.Benefit of keeping trim though is it gives some protection to panels in car parks etc

I removed mine but it left very sticky residue prob due to the fact it had been on 23 years just used a plastic filler card to get under the trim then pulled it off. it came off pretty easy I used a toffee wheel to get the sticky residue off then wiped it over with some panel wipe. I'll get a pic up to give you an idea of what it looks like.

I would be interested in trim you might remove, condition and price depending.

Sorry to jump in but neuon , if your still wanting that wheel when you get back i have a full set of good condition side strips if it helps you , you could probs save some money couriering it all at once , if not its ok

Matt
