Reverse Mounted Wheels

Hi All,

 

I just want to get some ideas, basically I have a set of BBS RC090 8 x 17" ET20 that I am going to be running on my corrado.

 

If I was to reverse mount these wheels, how structully safe is that to do and what will be the overall ET then. The next big question is would they fit on a corrado being reverse mounted.

I think someones winding you up mate.

 

Reversing wheels was popular 50 years ago using factory steels for the hot rod look

Why not buy new outer rims to suit?

These wheels are 2 piece ones, so there is no outer rim, just the barrell and face plate

Buy the correct barrels then. Usually the inside of a wheel isn't finished to the same standard as the outer, but I've never owned BBS splits.

The barrells are fine, no need to replace them in any way. These will be getting polished so will no make a differance either.

 

My question is can it be done to be used on a corrado?
