Stonejag 10 Posted June 11, 2014 BMC CDA wins every time IMO. If you do use a cone filter, make sure you add a bracket to hold it up. If you leave it flapping around on the end of the MAF like my car's previous owner then it cracks your inlet pipe and the MAF wiring suffers from metal fatigue and breaks :roll: Stone Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Trackslag 10 Posted June 11, 2014 I used to own the AEM dryflow, but it got singed in fire at Croft, lol. It was good when new but clogged easily and was a mare to clean. The s2000 filter is a bit of a revelation. It works, it's cheap and it has a couple of handy points on the end to help secure (cable tie engineering)It doesn't resonate like some "induction" kits do either :) http://www.eurocarparts.com/air-filters £12.90 and the only downside that I can come up with is that paper filters don't like getting wet.
