Need help finding out what these are.

First what is this ''tube''

My car at a workshop so i can't check where it goes. I need new because its in bad shape.

 

Second what are these?? (the 3 wires)

No idea on the first one looks like some kind of venturi. The second is your 2x2 diagnostic port to scan the car ecu.

I'm presuming this is a G60 as its early spec but I don't remember seeing anything like that in my valver. Does it come out the front of inlet manifold? Vacuum pipe to the brake servo?

 

Second as Fla says is diagnostic port

Diagnostics are a black plug and a white plug. The Black one is there but I don't know what the other 2 colours are for, never seen that!

There are 2 take off's on the G60 inlet.

The tube you are pictured holding is the feed to the carbon canister which is part of the emissions control system. There used to be a fair amount of debate about the pro's and cons of deleting the system. There is plenty of info out there on the system.

The take off below feeds your servo.

Diagnostics;

Black plug should be +12V and ground.

Yellow plug is the (L data line) ABS ECU & Automatic trans ECU

Blue plug is the (K data line) Engine ECU.

Though I don't think you'll get much info out of the Engine ECU as two way communication isn't normally possible.
