Did you use copper grease when building the brakes... Did you clean the discs with brake cleaner ? Speaker sounds like loose wire either head unit end or speaker end. Just fix the speaker and crank he tunes up power steering and brake noise should go away :) That brake fluid looks posh I just buy 5 litres of the pagid dot 4 from ECP to pump through you normally waste half of it anyway. Yes - hoping power steering squeal go away soon ... Will check speaker connections Is it normal for ignition to crank anti-clockwise turn of key? delfinis38 1 Posted March 26, 2015 (edited) Never build brakes without copper grease, normally a smear on the back of the pad and where it touches the carrier, I guess that the cause of the noise... The brake cleaner is not too important, it just cleans all the grease off the disc. Don't bother spraying through the alloy. Never tried the ignition like that before... Has someone started it with a screwdriver before :) You haven't adjusted the speaker left right front rear on the head unit have you ? Thanks! :) I was testing the FADER / BALANCE on stereo this morning and thats how i discovered the speaker not working. Considering i have wires trailing from front to back and the previous owner had i stalled an amp/subwoofer in the boot before ... I know i looked at the rear speakers before ... Have some installed under the parcel shelf too - so unsure for now if oem speakers working or/and parcel shelf ones working too - will check when have time! delfinis38 1 Posted March 26, 2015 It shouldn't be a problem you don't have to push the Pistons back into the calliper this time it's just the removal of one bolt on the front calliper as it will pivot and the removal of the pads... And the removal off the complete calliper on the rear... Check the slider pins on the carrier are greased up too...

g0ldf1ng3r 15 Posted March 26, 2015 wayne dont worry too much - you have done the hard work getting the brakes apart in the first instance, thus they should come apart easier on a 2nd time ref the pivot - i think you can just loosen the top bolt on the back of the caliper, remove the bottom bolt & then pivot the bottom out & upwards
