The red dot items are the plugs for the rear abs sensors and I'd hazard a guess that the brown wire is for the alarm.

Not inline fuses Wayne, they are the connections for the rear abs sensors!

If it were the alarm wire, I'd say it's going to the boot light. Aftermarket alarms normally use an internal light as a trigger that a door is open.

Noticed you've removed the "Caliber" crossovers - I hope these weren't in use with your front speakers setup as without them you could fry your tweeters.

Is it safe to disconnect the drain tubes (attached to sunroof),

Pull it off and poke a coat hanger in???

Will anything break by taking it off?

 

Or it s supposed to leak?

Remember my only leak was when i wash car

And the back of sunroof leak?

 

I think its there thats leaking in during heavy rain.

TAPED back of sunroof and no leak for 2 HEAVY rain days! :o

Blue/white is for the speed sensing radio that would up the volume when going faster. Connecting this to anything is likely to stop your spoiler working.
