Wayne2015 10 Posted February 21, 2015 Anyway u can divide and conquer? Cover windscreen - pour water. If not that, cover door frame - pour water etc?
Ray1965 10 Posted February 22, 2015 Carrots, you will have probably checked the sun-roof drains, and the door membranes, heater matrix? You will have to back track on them and see if any of them have let you down again. Very frustrating when you think you have sorted a problem and it then comes back to haunt you. Wish you luck, keep us posted.
Dox 23 Posted February 22, 2015 If the water is getting in when the car is being driven check the rear inner arches for rot, the shell I cut had holes around the petrol filler aperture under the arch. Take the rear cards off and place a torch under the arch and look for signs of the light from indide the car
carrots 1 Posted February 22, 2015 It hasn't got a sunroof,I done the heater matrix about 3 years ago.suppose it could be the door membrane or that crap plastic cover over the heater vent.I don't think it's rotton
southerner88 10 Posted February 24, 2015 same problem :-( now stripped everything to find out the actual location of leak so seats out, door cards, carpets, underlay, dashboard, pillar trims and headlining! turns out for me a previous owner had a new windscreen fitted (badly) and water is leaking (pouring) in from around the top and caused some rusting. waiting for it to properly dry out then attacking it with hammerite anti rust stuff and tiger seal! Hope yours is an easier fix carrots....

My windscreen looks like a replacement too, Horrible wriggly sealant, warped outer windscreen trims, Even dash speaker cover can see excess sealant to hold it down! Touch wood its water tight - only had my Corrado for 3 weeks! Hope Carrots get his sorted too!
