Engine stand for VR6 (and hoist sling)

Hey folks,

 

I was wondering if you could recommend a good engine stand and supplier, for working on the VR6? Any special brackets, etc. I'd need?

 

I've also borrowed a friends engine hoist, but it doesn't have a sling/adaptor with it. Is there one you'd recommend, bearing in mind I've already taken the head off?

cant help on the sling dude but I have a standard sealey engine stand and works great
