daves16v 1 Posted June 28, 2004 I'm lucky enough to work at an engineering/manufacturing company geared up to making this sort of thing. I'm trying to get a few ideas together so I can make the 'mother of all sill plates'

kangaroo 0 Posted June 28, 2004 How much of the sill do these stainless steel covers cover? if you see what I mean... Basically I'd like to stop the scuffing at the outer-edge of the sill caused by people dragging their feet into the car. This seems like a possible solution. Ka` 0 Posted June 29, 2004 I have these, I bought them on Ebay Although, I later found out they're from Dub Design Industries. In the second picture, I haven't actually stuck them down, they're sitting ontop of the plastic sill that's already there. The door doesn't close properly if you stick them on top of the plastic ones. So, I've ripped the plastic sill out on the driver's side to test, and glued it down with epoxy. Still have the other side to do

Ka` 0 Posted June 29, 2004 Erm, sorry? If you're referring to the carpets, they were clean, brand new in fact. No mess in me car, thankyouverymuch. It's the crappy camera that's made them look dirty. Cheers, Rica
