Probably cause it's black. Any car looks good in black. Don't know why you hate BBS RSs so much, they're gorgeous but then I think Orange samcos look silly :wink:

BBS's ming, they are too common, too hard to clean, too expensive, and they look so 80's. I can't stand them, never have done, never will.

 

orange samcos? well, because I can! I can't stand badly colour co-ordinated stuff, I hate purple, red deosn't match the car and fades anyway and I'd already painted the block orange as it was out of my orange mk2, so I got the orange hoses as I intended to swap the lump back into the mk2 and fit a 24v in the corrado.

 

ANyway, who gives a sh1t what the engine looks like really? it's not a show car anyway. it's for driving.

I know u cant see it in the pic but ive seen other pics of this car and it does look good :D

I don't like the Oettinger grill, but the bumper and side skirts aren't bad at all... 8)

 

I'm another one of the people who like the look of BBS wheels, but wouldn't want 'em 'cos they're WAY too much hassle... also thinking that they're starting to get a bit common too... :|

 

The bumper looks very much like the one that's on J-DUB at the moment which I'm still not too sure of.... :?

Precisely. Which is why I haven't bothered with fancy hoses.

 

My only bit of tarting up of the engine is a VR6 badge on the Schrick stuck on with blu-tak, LOL!

 

Other than that, it gets a pre-winter WD40 session and that's it.......
