Chuggs1 10 Posted September 4, 2016 Just reading a review in a copy odour local paper from s couple of months ago reviewing the Golf R..... and under the verdict is said the following: "What a great car. The Golf R is the true heir to another fabulous VW hatch - the Corrado VR6 coupe which many critics (including me) still consider to be one of the best front drive performance hatches ever made." Rustynuts 0 Posted September 4, 2016 How can it be the true heir to one of the greatest fwd cars ever, when the Golf R is 4wd?

MZpog 10 Posted September 5, 2016 Two of the guys I work with bought Golf R's, one sold it within 6 months and the other prefers to drive his Mini. I personally think it's because my old Corrado still looks better than both and is the VW that gets the limelight (proven one day when all cars where in and the IT bloke who came in only asked about the C)
