DEPOSIT TAKEN Massive Spec - Blackberry VR6 with Black Heated Leather and SHRICK VGI

Recommended Posts

Wow !! Stunning, even if it is Pink !!! (Ask Liffuzzer ! )

I too believe this will go very quickly.

I have not looked at ones for sale for ages, I would have thought a possible 2.5k more though in asking price ?

Or, is this unrealistic ?

That car is in excellent order and condition.

Think I would rather buy it (despite being Pink !! ) - then let it go to a trader.

Jim - you tempted ?? !!!!! Ha ha !!!!!

Hi Wendy, I am a bit gutted I didn't look at prices more carefully now! I bought when Corrado's were at pretty much their lowest. Mid recession and not many folks wanted VR6 running costs. Since then I've added on value for the time and cost I've put into it but didn't factor in that values have gone up in general and seem to be only going up as the cars become more rare.

Lots of interest so far, I suspect it will be gone soon :(

Lovely car but too cheap.. worth a few more pounds now prices on the increase.

I might stick it on eBay at the weekend for a higher price and see if I get any bites. Also, I've seen a 911 and the dealer is actually keen to do a part ex as he sells specialist cars. He's looking into corrado values as he has no clue at the moment.

Would much rather it stayed on the forum though.

What 911? Are you on 911uk.com as its very good for anything related? This car looks in amazing condition but you will not regret going for the 911, I really miss mine.

Ron, I feel for you !!

Unless you actually have a Forum buyer about to buy,I would actually consider taking it off the market for a month or two, or, as you say at least put it on Ebay for a higher price. Unless of course you get a good trade in price. If you finances allow, I would even consider keeping it. The market does appear to be moving in the right direction. There was a great write up recently on Pistonheads.

911 - way to go - hopefully I will be joining that club too within the next 12 months !!!!!!!!!

Good Luck whatever you decide.

I think the car is priced to sell quickly, but this isn't the best place to sell it as most already have a Corrado.

Loans are cheap ATM so it may be worth holding on to the C as the values are increasing at a better rate than you'd get in the bank?

GLWS

If I had the cash I'd of pulled your arm off at that price to be honest... a LOT more interest in them of late, I have people stop and speak to me almost everyday when I'm tinkering with the Corrado on the driveway... people even pull up in cars and get out.

No surprise you sold it so quickly. This was the bargain of the century and reckon you could have easily got 7-8k without too much trouble :(

I'm only in South Shields, pity never seen it, Chris obviously knows the car and thinks highly of it.

Mines been pretty much totally mechanically rebuilt over past year or I'd have jumped at chance soon as saw ad.

Good look with the 911, I'm also a fan, would love a classic 70's one but the prices have went ridiculous. My uncles got a RUF wouldn't like to think what it's worth these days.

A nice clean 911 Targa would be right up there on my dream car list, I got as far as owning a solid 1990 944 S2 (3.0 16v) convertible, had it for 5 years without spending anything out of the ordinary on it and sold it eventually for exactly what I'd paid for it. Cheap motoring when you think about it logically!

I had a 911 996 C4s for around a year and only sold it as we needed money for house building work. I love the Corrado's but 911 is a totally different league IMO. You can tell where the 40 years of development has gone. They just feel like a proper sports car.

I like my current car but if I could swap for a 911 again Id do it in a heartbeat.

I went to see a 55 plate 997 C2 (3.6) yesterday with 54k on the clock. Drives like pure sex :)

Bought it! And pick up next weekend
