The little cover strip plastic joiners .

Recommended Posts

Afternoon chaps .

I’m looking for the corner cover joining bits for the strip of plastic that covers the top of the rear window . I only need one , but will buy a pair if you don’t want to split them .

Kind regards

Rob

I’m on about a different part mate . Sorry my fault .

Inside the car , at the top of the rear screen is a plastic cover strip, sitting right next to the glass . As it joins the left and right upright parts there are two joiner capping pieces. On a side note , the parts you put up have gone up a lot , I paid £2.00 each for those from TPS , they have faded too

Ah yeah, I know the parts you mean. One of mine has broken so has had to be bonded on too.

Were they always bonded on ?, I suppose they must be , otherwise the joiners would be floating in the air .

They clip over and under the strip. You should be able to slide them a bit

It’s ok chris I found the little joiner in the rear footwell. The sprayshop must have put it back together but it fell off .
