A bit rude, it took you 5 days and 12 cans by the look of it? I don't own an EV, but drive them almost weekly depending on stock, don't be scared or brainwashed by the YouTubers....... Do you use ZapMap app or something better maybe? I prefer Gridserve if possible, I only charge at motorway services in general - but I'm not footing the bill. I delivered a Dacia Spring today, cold day claimed range 140, I could have done 122 starting with a frost. Ionics, Konas and Genesis are my usual steeds, some MGs and occasional Ariya
bahnstorm 0 Posted March 18 The biggest issue will be when they are a few years old and no one wants them as batteries will be ready for change, whos going to pay 10k for something which might need another 10 or so grand on batteries..most people dont own them anyway, all on finace or lease... You can have the battery pack removed and the cells tested (a single cell will render the car immobile), condition a used pack to the same state of charge as the rest. Reassemble and charge normally. Costs similar to clutch and flywheel, service with timing chain / belt, dpf replacement etc

_Matt_ 32 Posted 14 hours ago Welcome OP. I'm "between" corrados, shall we say (sold one earlier this year, taking a break to try other stuff). EVs, the misinformation gets everywhere from some, including a 90s Corrado forum 😄 For the record I have 2 EVs as my dailys, both Tesla (oooohhhh Elon builds them all in his shed, how can you support such a person) and have taken one to the Scottish Hebrides, France and the other, with a smaller battery pack, I covered 600 miles in one day (due to a funeral) and it was no bother at all. Turns out I did need to stop for a wee on my journey. It only ever wants a 5-15 mins top up anyway on roadtrips. And it is dirt cheap and smoother and better driving than any modern diesel or small petrol car I have had in recent years. I can't say I have ever enjoyed the driving dynamics of a 2.0 TDI anyway, and let's be honest that is what most people are dailying.

Mega value used
