TURN2 AIRFILTER KITS VR6

Hi quick question for somebody who has got above. How long did it take from date of ordering for goods to arrive at your doorstep? I ordered mine on 26/07/04 and have still not received anything. That's nearly 3 weeks. I emailed TURN2 after about a week just to see how order was progressing but never got a reply from them.

Fair enough I live up in Scotland but we are not talking extreme north here. I stay about 15 miles north of Edinburgh!

Getting a bit worried now, $279.90 is a lot of cash.

thats strange...my engine mount took all of 4 days to come from turn2

I found their service exceptional actually.

 

It is only a small business at the end of the day. Maybe they are on holiday?

Someone else on here has also had issues ordering stuff from them. I personally haven't. My engine mounts arrived 2 days after payment!!! Keep pestering them mate.

Fair enough it's a small business VR6 but I'm a paying customer, a 3 week holiday? They took the money from me quick enough. Just sent them a snotty e-mail. Will wait and see if they even reply this time.

Thanks yellowsic. Still have not received filter, have tried phoning turn 2 about 20 times but never had an answer. Emailed about 2 dozen times and had one reply saying that he will email me tracking number. That was over a week ago still not heard anything. I ordered filter back in July and I am not the only one who is waiting. :mad: :mad: :mad:

I would appreciate it if you could get in touch with Jim as I along with quite a few others are getting very concerned about what is happening here. Or not happening....
