Good luck and as you've got a 2.9 to go in you'll sort most of your problems. Nice to have a smoothed engine bay too.
Your next nasty jobs sound like heater matrix and wiring behind the dash.... luckily the dash needs to come out to do the matrix (well it doesn't completely but it makes sense in your case!)
There's plenty of far more knowledgeable people on here than me so do use the forum when you're at your wits end!
