hey has an VR owner's actually race'd a 24v'er yet? or any 24valver's race'd a VR yet? standard there isnt much between them, apart from more Grunt (24v) interesting.....

they come in 4 & 5 stud, think ET 15/25/35 in 17's but im looking for 8&9 x 17's with ET10's on the back, and ET15's on the front. nice and wide, but thats my preference anyway.

cheers, been thinking about theses wheels for awhile, but i havent seen them in the offset im after, will see if they can change that. If not might get image wheels to do me some custom replica’s but that would just be expensive! probably enquire with AAT/venom

im after theses MAM MT1's (i think thats what they're called) for my VR. does any 1 know who sells them? apart from german ebay

sorry i was under the impression that there was no room for a turbo on a RHD VR corrado. so if i drop a 24v this wont be a problem? if this is true, i may be selling my 2.9 VR any takers

spot on Henry, the car is only used for work, which is about 5-6mins away. there is no crud on the dipstick, althought i found some on the oil breather, which i managed to clean. it probably needs a hard run, then a good service as you said. :wink:

yea the water, and oil is stable. theres no oil leaking, it hasnt had a head-gasket change since its been born, so that could be an idea, but will see if the flush, and oil change will sort it out. just wanted to make sure that it wasnt a huge problem. cheers

Just had a check under the hood of my mum's car, been getting nag'd about servicing it. came across this mukkey stuff, any one had the same problem before? Its a mk3 golf, 1.4, P-reg. has done about 88k. im thinking of using flushing engine oil, then changing the oil. what do you think? (ha look at the size of that TB! :lol: )

was watching the new 50 cent video window shopper, and theres a part where mase is buying a pinky (ring) of this lady, and in the back-ground when hes trying it on, theres a red corrado, i think it looks like a G60. either way it only had like 5 secs in the video, think it should bring the value up for all rado's. :wink:

go with the GSF mate, nothing wrong with there stuff, as long as you get the right part. try euro carparts too.

i have standard 2/9 corrado, standard alternator, with no real battery problems, but im looking to replace my existing battery with the bosch. im getting it from GSF, but im not sure which one i should get. i've done a search, not much there. i've checked my corrado manual (like every newbie should :wink:) But although its a 12 volt battery i have, im not sure what it is in amps? does any one know which one in amps is the standard replacement, and can i get one with more power than the standard without upgrading alternator etc.... And No i havent rang up GSF for my specs! thanx
