ask for a cash in lieu settlement. Mine has a Reiger front bumper on it which my neighbour reversed into and destroyed. the specialist insurance company couldn't find anyone prepared to do custom work so wanted to write it off, which I refused. I found a bodyshop to do the work and was quoted close to 2k to do it so the insurance company wanted again to write it off, again I refused to accept this especially as the other party had accepted liability, so they offered me a cash in lieu of repairs settlement meaning it wasn't written off I got a cheque to the value of the estimate and was able to go wherever I wanted for the repair and also if I wanted use second hand parts

the thing I love about the Corrado is that you don't have to pay **** loads of money to own a classic car, let's hope it stays that way

I have a pair of brand new genuine Hella early type fogs which are still boxed, they have been taken out the box to have yellow lamin - x film applied

I've got one I bought secondhand (with no loom)not realising they only fit late centre consoles, also have the DDI kit for it as I wanted it to match my cluster, I was intending to try and make a cut n shut console grafting a late bottom half onto an early top half but its all just still sat there, could be tempted to sell on for the right offer

A mechanic that knows all the quirks of a Corrado is worth their weight in gold I've own valvers as well as the G60 and used numerous specialists over the years & no one is more knowledgeable than John when it comes to Corrado's of any flavour

Awesome car Dan reckon Devons the place for sorted G60's mines off to JMR in a fortnight to get some more bodywork done and some serious magic under the bonnet ;)

how much with the emerald and the standalone oil feed ?

I have a BBM one but the bolts missing, no biggie will only cost a couple of quid for a bolt, comes with red silicone hose

My problem turned out to be a knackered bleed nipple on the calliper !

how about getting late fogs back and yellow ones ?

Cheers bud, the reason I didn't proceed last time was I found a thread on here referencing a guy called Ricky Ward who was also referenced on Vortex as a supplier of the Bosch yellow lenses. He also runs a site called originalgermanfolks.com where he also lists these lenses. I ordered and paid for a set and got ripped off, am currently trying to get my money back via Paypal

Can you remind me what you wanted for them posted and can you let me have a pic close up of the lenses

I used them was a bit of a waste of time, gave me lots of hope over the phone but they can only electrically test them (id already done this & they didn't tell me until I rang them up when I got my unrepaired pump back), mine also have the left rear outlet valve error but was on a G60 not a VR
