Haha, you certainly were. I got the rears from VW heritage. They're in the process of reproduction for the fronts as left side is obsolete. I have a genuine right one but waiting for them to get em out there!

We might have better luck with VW Classic Parts remaking these..

The good thing is that its the same part on a MK3 and a Corrado, maybe a Passat also?

Easiest would be to do a rough print on a 3D printer so you get all the measurments right?

Take some measurments and then try and replicate the logos and text with a piece of paper and a pencil, I dont know what its called but you will see all the details on the paper when I rubb the pencil over it.

And then one of you can use that to do something?

How was it to change the bushings? Did you use the correct tool?

Hi.

My oil refill bolt on my Gearbox is totally seized..

It cant be moved and I have tried everything, even trying to weld a bolt to it..

Its rounded now and looks absolty ****.

What can I do?

A bolt extractor? For 17mm? But where to find that..

Im all out of ideas.

This gonna be GOOOOOOOOODDDD!!!

The tool for this job... is it the same as for a MK4?? There is alot of DIY kits and mostly for MK4 :(

Poly bushes doesnt like alot of movement...

Works well for engine mounts but not bushes that moves in all directions.

I have polys in the rear axle... and it wasnt any improvement whats so ever.

So..

My refill plug on my gearbox i shot...

and its NLA from VW.

Does anyone here have the thread etc for this and knows if you can use a R32 plug?
