I've taken my lower intake manifold off but can't suss out how to pull the fuel injectors out from their housing as i need them to go into the new manifold (unless its just brute force), i also need to remove one of the injector inserts (as the fourth on the new mani's insert has snapped) to put in the 50mm lower intake that i have waiting to go on so any help is appreciated (again).

to further my problems i sheared a bolt into the head woohoo, whats the best thing to do? i've attempted scoring a line into the metal to try and screw it out but am thinking a welder, but not sure at such a close distance to the head? if it helps its the side closest to the slam panel and the middle bolt (see pic) help is appreciated again thanks!! -
I'm swapping over my inlet upper, lower if i can work out how to extract the fuel rail and the rocker cover, just wondering is there an order once the gaskets are on is there an order to tighten the bolts on rocker and upper inlet (dont think i'm gonna bother with the lower today) help appreciated! thanks ian

doing a road trip around europe need some help.
culshaw replied to marmite monster's topic in General Car Chat
i'd stick nice on (since your knocking on it's door) and lyon, especially lyon as my french friends say that is one of the most beautiful cities in france. I'd have been tempted to add tuscany in after lake garda but then you'd end up doing the whole of italy :) -
looks real good, what was your method to remove the windscreen??

have you plotted it on google maps to share then we can give better idea of destinations :) -
I've been quoted £120 for this which i think is really cheap, and thats with the guy supplying bushes (which i don't want him to do); but even though, i'm trying to learn as much as i can with this car so i'm thinking about taking on the job myself. I've looked at some posts of people replacing their bushes, taking the axle off etc and just wondered how much skill is exactly required to do this; i've only been tinkering since about september so just wondered, is it to big a job??? i think i've got the tools, no ramp, but a jack and two axle stands; the problem that phases me the most is the alignment upon taking it off and putting it back on, and putting the new bushes in. If anyone could give me a concise list of what you need that would be great! Thanks! Ian
