Hi Kaz welcome to the forum and congrats on finding a tidy G60, glad you found a good one! :D
As others have said, get yerself to E38 if poss, a few of the girls on here will be going too, 'tis gonna be the one show you must not miss!
Will be posting some wants shortly too - indicator & fog lamp are cracked and the grill under the front bumper is shot to pieces. Still a great drive though!Try GPC in Luton for new bits like this, ignore the website tho, it's well out of date, it's best to give them a ring for any bits you need.

Do they have the two locating pins on the back that pop into the body??I was at VW today after a black rear badge but they only had self adhesive ones..
Yes they do, the Corrado 'VW' badge is flat with 2 locating pins, unlike the MkII Golf ones which are wedge shaped.

Does anyone know if Stealth have shut down for the week?
Been trying the number (01926 812259) every day but no luck so far. Thanks.

£2k for a Storm? Deep pile carpets?! LOL who writes these pieces? They could have made an effort with the photo too, like they have with the others!
But I guess these reviews that keep cropping up keep Joe Public informed of what a great car the C still is, if they didn't already know ... 8)

Can't do the R32 brakes I'm afraid, I don't think they'd fit under the solitudes.
I always thought the general opinion on 288s was pretty good, a few people on here have upgraded and say they're an improvement over the 280s. I'm not intending to thrash the car round a track, just need them for everyday use.

Dark J reg C with blacked out rear lights heading into Ross on Wye on the A49, about 4.30 this afternoon

Emailed Stealth this weekend with a view to getting a few bits done including uprating the braking system. They said they can do everything for me except I have to supply the calipers. What I'm after is the larger 288mm front calipers and the MkIV Golf rear calipers. I've tried the scrappys round here but no luck, and I'd rather get new bits where brakes are concerned TBH. Can anyone recommend where to get them from and how much? Cheers,
Dave

Please don't call this thing a Corrado if you make it, VW! Although the engines DO sound interesting..

Been off the forum for a while but so glad I spotted this thread. Looked around for one of these console gauges for a couple of years so just ordered one, seems like a bargain! Good work Stan 8)
