well with q2 i would take the door card off and take a closer look and with q3 sounds like it could be ignition switch although its usually the opposite,(wont start)or the timings moved

depends on the type of paint you go for,theres cellulose,2 pack,and theres a new one out cant remeber what its called,but i think it begins with a "D" that is supposed to be really good,but expensive,as for paint makes,well there are loads to go for..ppg,hmg,the list goes on and on

it looks quite close to the bumper though,most dtm's sit a bit lower and stick a bit further away from the bumper,well they did on my old golf

wouldnt really be a serious problem,just a bit of a pain to replace because you have to take the inlet manifold off

it would make it a bit easier for you,if i remember rightly the seat belt goes through the rear shelf supports aswell so you cant completely remove it anyway

its pretty badly damaged,have ordered the headlight so i should get it tomorrow,and the fog light is coming on thursday from gpc

just found out gpc dont do headlights no more,they told me that they are cheaper from the stealers,got a price of £99+vat,so my ccgb discount will come in handy :lol: :D

he is a good bloke,he rebuilt my mates smashed up mr2 and charged him £800 for cash,he spayed my old golf for me aswell,and its going in on wednesday

great results with the swissol,feels like glass after the clay bar,and much better all round with the wax,well impressed,just need something for my plastics now -
he's doing other things as well,bonnet sprayed,scratch on rear quarter bits on the doors so its quite a good price

the other car(mk2 rocco)just had a slightly dented rear bumper,which he had a spare at home so hes not claiming,i was only doing 5mph at the most saw him i braked and the front end dived,no other damage apart from ,wing headlight and fog,been told to tell the insurance that someone reversed into me in a car park and drove off

basicaly wasnt looking what i was doing,seen a gap,thought the car infront had gone but ...you guessed it..it was still there,not to bad though,only headlight,fog,and may be able to get the wing fixed,not sure where i stand on the insurance though :?
