the live for the lambda shares same feed as fuel pump, bet the lambda live has scuffed through and is earthing out

they only go on 1 way as bolt size is different

check for the live at coil on cranking, as above could be ignition switch

yeah the int shaft drives the dizzy. take your cap off and when at tdc the rotor arm should point the notch in dizzy

yep as above, stops it sucking only through the lower cold feed which prob would suck up water if that was its only feed

you wont get water up there, its to tighter angle and its not the sole feed for the box

i think that ufo shaped thing on the airbox controls it

the different head casts wont make a noticable difference. The corrado normally has the later type which has the smaller inlet and bigger exhaust ports

Alpina is a good chap, he bored out a g60 throttlebody for me

you can test the switch with a multimeter

post a pic of the engine if you can. i expect it has flowed head and cams

when removed on a g60 it makes the throttle very on/off/jerky. not sure how the KE-jet will react to it. worth a try, just swap the butterflys over

the 3 sensors, 1s for isv, 1s for ecu and 1s for temp gauge on dash i think

you can use a g60 oil feed line adaptor, it allows you to run 2 senders on 1 hole, ive done it for mine

and an oil temp sensor, wire the green/black to it

more likely a leak. you may find as theres less back pressure from a rsr that the boost reading will be lower but i wouldnt of thought that much.
