markmcie 0 Posted January 2, 2005 Hey all, There must be a bush or something worn on my gear shift. I still have to push the stick down to engage reverse but if I push the stick to the left with a little effort it will slip into reverse. Its annoying when changing from 1st to 2nd and it gets caught. I cant see anything worn but it must be a problem for some other corrado's. I've sorted this on mk2 Golf's before but not on a cable shift. Anyone got any tips ?? Mark
h100vw 0 Posted January 2, 2005 You need to do some adjusting I suspect. Check that the lever is held on with a clip on the shaft that runs across the car. Common for them to disappear. Gavin
