Best mods for a g60 engine for around

What would be "money well spent" on a g60 engine for around a grand?

 

That price would have to include a charger rebuild

 

And i really like the idea of a 65mm pulley

charger rebuild, pulley and chip to handle the higher boost. thats gotta be £1000 if not more. with the amount of boost generated at high rpms with a 65mm (should be over 18psi on a healthy freshly rebuilt charger..if ported somewhat) you need to up the fueling to at least a 3.5bar fuel pressure regulator, and probably 30# injectors.

 

if i were you with £1000 i'd spend it all on the charger and save the extra couple hundred for maintenace.. or put it toward the next stage of mods.. pulley, chip, fpr, injectors, cam...lots of power to be made there.
