I've also been talking to a local company about making up some FMICs based on the Golf G60 intercooler... Basically the same idea you've had.... 8)

 

Don't base your new intercooler on the Rallye one, the end tanks are crap compared to the Golf G60's one... ;) 8)

 

Good luck with this, if Forge can get some good prices, then I may just abandon my project and get one from you! :lol: 8)
