HELP!!! pics added

ok i have a leak looks like the water pump!! if you look from the the front on the right hand side where all the belts are it's the very bottom casing where the water seems to be leaking from, is this the water pump cant think it would be anything else. are there issues with changing this or is it a straight swap, its on a kr 1.8 16v, if anyone can help!!!

 

added some pics it's dripping from behind that pulley and only when the car is running !!!

Does sound like the water pump.

I havent taken one out of a C but i think you have to take out the PS pump first which as some hidden bolts, Once thats out then its just 3-4 bolts for the water pump. Easy LOL

well i've just consulted the haynes and it did'nt mention remove the pas pump but i guess it can't be that hard just gutted as i just replaced the rad and did all the coolant, really boring!!! cheers tho buddy

You have to remove alternator and bracket to get access to waterpump,be careful not to shear the bolts off in the block aswell

i am right it's the water pump then cos it does look like i can get to it from underneath, where the belts are for pas, alternater and the pump i guess !!! it just drips once the car has been running it would'nt be anything else !!! sorry for the lack of knowledge just need to get my facts right for gsf tom...

well got my car back this morning, after giving it a go myself on monday and doing really well untill the LAST bolt on the water pump sheared of in the block :mad: got the car picked up and 200 quid later all sorted... can't say i was too chuffed but glad to have her back, cheers for the help by the way guys..
