Just Got a Road Angel 2.....Anyone know How to update???

Hi All,

 

Just got it today, registered it. Now have to wait 24hours before I can use it :(

 

Does anyone have one??? Downloaded the software but can't find any instructions on how to update it???????

You connect it to your PC with the supplied USB cable, and then double click the update icon (after you've installed the App) and then it will pull down the latest maps. Takes ages but you should see a box on the screen with a progress bar etc.

I got one a couple of weeks ago, registered it. Within a couple of hours the thing let me download the maps. Takes ages the first time you do it, be warned!
