Ad2408 0 Posted May 19, 2005 Hi I've just got a 1991 16v Corrado (upgraded from an 8v GTI) and have my 1st question.... Used the car all day today clocking up around 120 miles, took it to the cinema parked up for about three hours and when I came to start it is was very reluctant. It just turned over but wouldn't catch. I know that the car needs a really good service but is there anything else I could do to prevent this from happening again? Thanks Adam

Ad2408 0 Posted May 20, 2005 Hi Thanks for the replys, i'm planning to do a full service this weekend so that should sort that end of it. Good tip about the earth points... Hadn't thought of that one. As for the fuel pump, it sounds like its priming fine (buzzing when turning to position one anyway!) Any more advice would be great Adam
