kevin 0 Posted July 5, 2005 alright guys, just wondering what your cars are desribed as on the log book? mine seems to say, vw corrado coupe 16 valve :? i wish! neil. thats what mine reads as it used to be a valver, its sounds that your car has been converted, you can change the engine number but not the vehicle type when doing a conversion. when i did mine i was under the immpression that i could change the type "16v to g60" but you can't so what i have a 16v corrado with g60 running gear, but says 16v on log book. I tryed everything mate and the dvla would not budge regards kevin
Riley 0 Posted July 5, 2005 i was thinking the same guys  but on further investigation, the vin number is also wrong which is why its showing as a valver i reckon, phew! ive got every mot from new and the vin numbers are all the same and match the one on the car. :D spoke to dvla and they told me to pop a letter in with the v5 explaining the 2 incorrect parts. cheers, neil.
