Where to get steelies for my VR?

Where can I get a set of steel wheels for my VR (5 x 100).

 

In other words what cars can I get them off?

 

Or do you know someone who has a set?

 

Tires arnt realy important.

mid 90s Passat with "plus" running gear (GL16v, G60syncro and VR6, all quite rare in UK and often supplied with alloys).

I'm with Daz here... New Beetle's your best bet as lots of 'em came with steelies and are now having big aftermarket alloys fitted so the steelies are somewhat more available than any others... ;)

I want to know a range of cars say a beetle where everyone made was 5 x 100 pcd so I can safely get a set off ebay.

That's cos of the tyres .. there's a few sets on ebay with tyres around that price, but you could always sell the tyres on. Steel wheels on their own seem to be fetching peanuts.
